My pap’s handed me down his first film camera ever, Canon AE-1. He bought it way way back then (teenage years) in Germany and I’m pretty excited to use it, though I’m still not yet familiar with the film settings and how to actually operate it, but still I can learn, right?! Omo!(^◇^)

Usually when I was alone in the house during the evening, I had to turn on every single light, but I didn’t care that night. So what if a hand came out from under the bed and grabbed me? That would be nothing. They say that certain things are going to be terrible and that they are going to destroy you, but they don’t. I sat on the side of the bed. It was as if my soul had been frozen, and I waited for it to thaw, in order to get on with my life.

Okay, these are the three fail shots in my 3rd roll of film. Fail. (>.<)
Look what I’ve found today! It’s my dad’s stuff. I don’t know what you call it, all I know is that it’s a film thing that has a film awesome viewer. Okay, I really don’t know, but I was just amazed when I saw all of these. I don’t know my dad collects tons of it. <3 Btw, that’s my dad in the last three photos, way back when he was still in Germany— my dad’s young days.

Welcome to life, here’s what it’s like, here’s what it’s always been: a shot in the dark, straight through the heart while you’re in the light with them. And welcome to hurt, welcome to fear. It’s better now that everybody’s here. Welcome to life.

1st photo: April 22, Visita Iglesia (Our Lady of Guadalupe) with my sis and bro
2nd photo: A random shot of my sister
3rd photo: A very awkward smile and pose of mine at Greenhills parking lot.
Here are the two fail film shots of mine.

I’ll try to get these film rolls developed later.
